I currently accept the following insurance plans through Headway:

If you’re unsure about your coverage or copay, Headway can verify your benefits before your first appointment.

You can easily schedule and manage your appointments using my Headway profile

If you’re not using insurance, I also offer private-pay sessions.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. I am not able to provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Headway will request a form filled out saying you will not submit claims to your insurance if you choose to self pay because you are out of network but choose to be under my care. 

Private-Pay Rates:

• Initial 90-minute comprehensive assessment: $295
   
• Follow-up medication management (30–45 minutes): $125
   
• Therapy or combined sessions (60 minutes): $150
   

I accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.

Appointments are reserved specifically for you.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
