Many times you hear of treatment approaches such as CBT and Solution Focused Therapy, that guarantee results in a few sessions. While these types of treatments are very effective with straight forward, time limited problems, clients who have experienced trauma often need a different approach. Undoing years of trauma or relearning thought patterns takes time. While I cannot offer you a magic solution or promised healing in a limited number of session, I do offer an ongoing place of support where you can feel safe to explore your deepest thoughts, discover the roots of your negative thought patterns and find strength and healing from within.
